✧ Trello: Public Board Work Queue

As of October, I’ll be using both VGen Work Queue and my Trello Work Queue to give clients detailed work progress on their commissions. Trello has a more systematic label feature, as opposed to VGen where it’s simplified, and anonymous for clients.

This update will roll out on October 7, 2024 for the new upcoming requests here on out.

Please keep in mind, that my portfolio is still being worked on the website as the artwork selection may change from time to time!

✧ ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT

<aside> <img src="/icons/paste_blue.svg" alt="/icons/paste_blue.svg" width="40px" /> Hello! I just wanted to announce that there will be changes done this October- I’m heavy focusing on changing my turnaround times due to my health being compromised during September:

✧ Turnaround time

****All services will have an additional week turnaround time! This is just to mostly ensure if ever there are delays, there will be enough time without needing to frequently request for deadline extensions.

✧ Slots System

****All services will have a certain number of slots to accommodate the workload in a more organized way! Please refer to this table for simpler reference:

This change will apply on October 3rd, 2024!

✧ Waitlist System

With the slots system in place, there will now also be a waitlist system! Through waitlists, those who are unable to secure a slot during my commission openings can be but on waitlist/queue, wherein if a commission slot is open, those in waitlist will be forwarded to the free slots.

On VGen, there will only be up to 4 slots on waitlist available.

This change will apply on October 3rd, 2024

✧ RELEASES AND SCHEDULES

✧ As of October, my new schedule will be 4PM to 4AM work PHT! With this, I have been following a time zone 7 hours behind in order to accommodate those who are more active in my nighttime zone. (I’m getting enough hours of sleep though!)

✧ Halloween-Themed SKEB

Halloween-themed SKEB commissions will open on October 11 until 21st of October, where they would be similar to the SKEB Summer Art service I recently had, but in a spookier format!

**Gore themes are allowed, however extreme hate/violence are strictly NOT allowed. (ie: discriminatory themes, hatred towards other people, etc).

This service will open on October 9th, 2024!**

As of October, I have officially renovated my carrd website! It is now desktop and mobile-friendly and contains both showcase and commission information as well.

Please keep in mind, that my portfolio is still being worked on the website as the artwork selection may change from time to time!

Revisions and changes on Commercial use/fees:

✧ Commercial Fees Revision II

I have revised these terms once again, after more reflection as removing the commercial fees that were originally set, are unfair to those who had artworks done from me with those commercial fees.

With an ongoing discussion of artwork usage in the commercial usage, I have decided to revise my terms on commercial usage after reflecting on it.

Starting on October 7, There will be two options for commercial use:

The first being monetized projects such as: Youtube videos, artwork for album art, key visual art for monetized, independent franchises, etc. **These fees will be +100% base price

The second, will be for artworks that are used for stream screens, such as starting/ending screens. They will retain the use of +75% price

I apologize for the inconvenience of my own indecisiveness, but this may come as the fairest judgement moving forward.
